This International Warranty certifies our commitment to repair or replace your jewel at no cost should it show
any manufacturing imperfections that are not attributable to improper use. Please, remember that you should clean your jewels periodically with a soft damp cloth to preserve the original brilliance of the metal and precious stones.

The diamonds, precious stones and pearls used are selected and quality-controlled by our Gemmological Laboratory. Chimento uses only and exclusively natural diamonds that have not been artificially produced in a laboratory through synthetic processes. The natural diamonds used by Chimento come exclusively from countries that adhere to the global self-regulatory Kimberley Process, and therefore from legitimate sources not connected in any way with the financing of armed conflict, in compliance with United Nation’s resolutions.

For many years, Chimento has been implementing an environmentally friendly production process based on responsible waste management, reduction of energy consumption and emissions and the abolition of toxic acids in the production process, favouring state-of-the-art technologies.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005 - “Consumer Code”, we guarantee that all jewellery sold is made of 18 carat gold and that the gemstones comply with current regulations, and do not contain materials or substances that may harm people, things, or the environment.

All white-gold jewels are guaranteed to comply with nickel release limits in accordance with UNI EN 1811:2011.

The certificate is valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.
